This post is about a song, which i noted recently. It is from a Tamil movie, Sillenu Oru Kadhal, which was noticed for its beautiful songs.. and moreover because it was the last movie of Jyothika, before she decided to quit acting and become Surya's own Jo... Whatever be that, this post is about a song from that movie, Newyork Nagaram... It can be called as one of Rahman's all time best vocals.. Just listen to the way he begins the song by humming.... The more important factor about this song is its very meaningful lyrics.. It has been long since someone has put in such strong and meaningful lyrics into a song.. and that too, beautifully composed and sung by a genious... It is not very often that all these factors come together in a song.. But when they do, it produces a marvel.. just like this song..
