Why..???
The Title of this blog is a bit ambiguous. It was purposefully left so, since I didn't want it to be explicitly offensive to any of the companies/clients here. The title, when expanded will say, Why is this happening to everyone at the lower level of an IT industry...?? I have been in the Industry for the last 2+ years, like many of my batch mates. But there is a difference.. I'd been working for a Hardware Firm and on a challenging and interesting work domain. It has been slightly different for me. The work ex has been too good, and by far, the best that anyone could have hoped for. The work-life balance has been excellent. For this, i have to thank everyone of my peers, my seniors and my organisation for the support and employee friendly and caring atmosphere. However, it has not been all this good for my mates who have joined other companies, esp those in the IT/ITES sector.
